K&K Bridal Boutique, LLC is built on a lifetime of service, leadership, and compassion shared across three generations. Before opening the boutique, owner Patti Sielaff spent nearly forty years as the CEO, owner, and CFO of Personal Accounting Services (PAS), where she supported more than 1,500 individuals receiving Home and CommunityBased Services (HCBS). Her work ensured that disabled and aging individuals — people who are so often denied choice — were given dignity, stability, and the freedom to make decisions about their own lives.

At PAS, Patti and her team managed every administrative detail for community mental health and waiver agencies: creating budgets, managing expenses, processing payroll for caregivers, assisting with hiring, completing employer documentation, and handling all tax payments and reporting. But her mission went far beyond administration. Patti believed deeply that every person deserves the right to choose what they eat, what they wear, who supports them, and how they live. She made it her life’s work to restore that choice to people who had never been given the opportunity.

Her daughter, Katie, and her granddaughter, Katrina, grew up immersed in this world of service. They watched Patti advocate, teach, support, and uplift individuals who needed someone in their corner. They learned that compassion is not optional — it is a responsibility. Today, both Katie and Katrina bring that same passion, empathy, and purpose to K&K Bridal Boutique. They are not just helping hands; they are integral to the heart and future of the boutique.

Together, the three of them have created a bridal space rooted in dignity, joy, and genuine care. Patti brings decades of leadership and service. Katie brings creativity, modern bridal insight, and a natural ability to make brides feel confident and understood. Katrina brings fresh energy, excitement, and the inspiration behind the boutique’s name — representing the next generation of compassion and community impact.

And their story continues to grow. Patti, Katie, and Katrina share a longterm vision to establish a nonprofit arm of the boutique dedicated to dress donations — giving individuals in the community, including those with disabilities or financial limitations, the opportunity to experience the joy of a beautiful gown. For them, it’s not just about dresses. It’s about dignity, celebration, and ensuring that everyone — no matter their circumstances — has the chance to feel special.
